  I called today to make an appointment for my son for a followup on constipation and the front desk offered an appointment to come in today, which was nice , but I declined because I'm working today. When I declined she gasped and said "omg I can't believe you're going to leave your baby in pain and not come in right away"... First of all this is a followup xray for constipation to make sure my son is still cleaned out,as we have been maintaining keeping him cleaned out and on Stool softeners. How dare the front desk girl insinuate that I'm a bad mother for not taking my child in right away? Please train your front staff to be more professional when taking calls up front. I found her to very disrespectful, not knowing the situation, she should be trained to refrain from personal comments as such. Thanks!
