  Sadly my first visit here was not a pleasant experience. I was shedualed weeks in advanced for my cleaning but when I arrived and had been waiting several minutes past my appointment time they took someone ahead of me and did their cleaning first!
  The front desk lady who apologized told me as I was paying that there was a "mix up" with appointments. No one called me to reschedule or change the time of my appointment.
  What should have been a hour visit took two plus hours of mostly waiting.
  I was never seen by the hygienist! I was finally asked if I would mind getting my cleaning from the Dr. She wound up giving me my cleaning and rushed through it cutting my gums unnecessarily. Hopefully they were just having a bad day and other paying customers won't recive the same treatment.
