  Went to them last year for help with my weight. Was basically fired from their program, because I didn't lose any weight for one month. Went back to them this year because my GP referred me to them for ob/gyn. They cancelled my very first appointment because my doctor didn't come in that day. Also tried to return their call so I could re-schedule, and had to wait in a queue, (I was #10). I'm sorry but if I am trusting you with something as important to me as my body, I want to feel like you realize I am a person, and not a number. Or a quantity. I will never go back to this clinic for anything.
