  We were extremely fortunate to have found Kim Trawick when we decided to not get into a lease and purchase a home in the north Orlando area. This was pretty much a last minute decision and needed to close on a home within six weeks. Kim knew this when she took us on and was up for the challenge. As our Realtor, Kim was extremely responsive by phone and by email, and willing to work with our schedules. She was always patient, answering our many questions, giving us good advice as we traveled all over Seminole county to look at houses. After a few showings, she quickly understood what we were looking for and the price range.
  Within two weeks, she helped us find a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood for a reasonable price. She even dropped off paperwork to the sellers one late evening when they were having computer problems. Who does that? This realtor does, that’s who. To sum up, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase was as smooth as possible, and you could see that she genuinely wanted to see us happy with our purchase. If you want someone who is dedicated to finding you the right home, go with Kim.
