  My daughter saw Dr. Aquino for shoulder pain. He took x-rays and sent her for an MRI. I had spoken to the Dr. and explained my daughter is in college and she couldn't come home for a follow up, and to please call with results. After 11 days of not hearing from him, I called Jewett and left many messages for Dr. Aquino to call me back. He never did. Finally I had to speak to a nurse. She saw how many messages I had left, and she was able to tell me that my daughter had to see a surgeon. I requested for Dr. Aquino to call me so he could call in a prescription for her in the mean time. No callbacks. My daughter will not see this Dr. again unless absolutely necessary. I just received a call from the Dr yesterday after 3 weeks of trying to speak with him.
