  We had the unfortunate circumstance of meeting one of your Catastrophic Claims Adjusters Steven Sanders recently. If this is the type of person you have as a Claims Adjuster, you may need to adjust your hiring policies. Mr Sanders has continually harassed and bullied us over the past several weeks using what is believed to be a company device. All has been recorded and is moving to the proper authorities. You may want to look into this.
