  Dr Gross and his staff are absolutely phenomenal! Every single person in the office is both charming and helpful from beginning to end. Dr. Gross' expertise and caring are apparent from the first detailed consultation to the post op visits. You never feel rushed, and every question and concern is thoroughly answered to make sure that he understands exactly what you want. I did quite a bit of research, and I know why Dr. Gross is so highly respected in his field. His results are wonderful, and we couldn't be happier! I would and have recommended him to anyone who asks. He and his office are a joy to work with!

  I had my first treatment yesterday. It was a laser treatment and I do not look 10 years younger, I look 20 years younger! And everyone was so nice and friendly. If I had known about the phenomenal effect, I would have done that way sooner. Thank you! ... oh, and I can totally refer this place to everyone who wants to improve his looks!
