  My wife and I started at Yoga Lemon four weeks ago and we love it! I am 63 and a former athlete, teacher, and coach. We knew nothing about yoga when we started. Lisa and Jason are friendly and both wonderful teachers as they have encouraged us and the others in our classes. The others in our classes have been friendly and encouraging as well. If you are thinking about yoga try Yoga Lemon.

  Best yoga studio in Florida!! Comfortable, friendly, welcoming place where you gain education about your body as well as specialized yoga teachings. Healing infared lights, plus amazing teachers and many classes (including aerial). Lisa Wulf is a wealth of knowledge and one of the best teachers of yoga and its healing benefits. I also had the blessing of studying under her for certification. In all my certifications and studies in yoga, I learned the most from her...if you are looking to try yoga, learn more, or get certified, this is THE place. I travel all over this world and this gem of a studio always draws me back here!:)

  Went for an Aerial Yoga class, I took my mom who was new to aerial, no one helped her adjust her hammock and when she didn't understand what to do, she was left to stand there and watch the class happen. The instructor was in Jean shorts, it was so hot I could barely breathe and there was no savasana at the end of class.
